Mike Lombardi Injury Attorneys 25 Days of Giving

From December 1 through December 25, Mike Lombardi Injury Attorneys held a 25 Days of Giving event. The event was promoted on the firm’s Facebook and Instagram pages to keep everyone safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. Every day, Mike Lombardi Injury Attorneys granted a holiday wish of up to $250. With so many people struggling during this challenging year, Mike Lombardi was happy to spread a bit of cheer and help make the holidays a little bit brighter.

The 25 Days of Giving event was open to residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, ages 18 years and older. Some of the most popular holiday wishes included:

  • Gift cards
  • Groceries for the family
  • Nintendo Switch for the kids
  • Laptop computer for online classes and video chatting with family and friends
  • Car repairs
  • College tuition assistance
  • Clothes for children
  • Tools for home improvement
  • Bill assistance

Many of the people that participated in the event asked for things for their family members or friends who are having difficulties. Although 2020 has been a struggle for many of us, it was touching to see that so many people wished for things for their loved ones instead of themselves.

The event was just one of the many ways that Mike Lombardi gives back to the community. In addition to this holiday event, our charity has contributed to Thanksgiving turkey giveaways, youth athletic programs, toy drives, and more. One of our goals for 2021 is to contribute even more to the New England communities that we serve and to bolster our scholarship program

Mike Lombardi would like to thank everyone that participated in this year’s 25 Days of Giving event. Whether you’re celebrating Christmas, Chanukah, Kwanzaa, or Festivus, our entire team hopes that you had an amazing holiday. We also wish you the best of luck and good fortune in 2021.

Mike Lombardi Gives Back and St. Mary’s Feast Society 2020 Toy Drive

2020 Toy Drive St. Mary's Feast Society

Mike Lombardi Gives Back sponsored, participated in, and helped organize the “Toys to Bring Joy” 2020 toy drive for underprivileged children at St. Mary’s Feast Society in Cranston, Rhode Island. From 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on December 20, 2020, hundreds of toys were distributed to kids and their families at a drive-through event.

Toys to Bring Joy volunteers were decked out in Santa Claus hats and a few even wore full elf costumes. Holiday music was played and hot chocolate was given away for free while toys were being handed out, adding to the festive holiday celebration. People even had an opportunity to take a photograph with Santa Claus himself!

Under normal circumstances, Toys to Bring Joy is normally a time when the Cranston community can get together and spread holiday cheer. However, COVID-19 necessitated a drive-through 2020 toy drive in order to keep everyone safe. Volunteers responsibly wore masks to protect families and themselves from the latest coronavirus strain.

The pandemic was no match for Cranston’s holiday spirit. People from all over the community, including cherished friends from the  Cranston and Providence Police Department and Providence Fire Department, helped make the 2020 toy drive fun for everyone involved. Most importantly, we came together to help make the holidays a bit more special for children by helping them receive some wonderful toys.

Mike Lombardi Gives Back would like to thank St. Mary’s Feast Society, the Providence and  Cranston Police Department, the Providence Fire Department, all the event sponsors, all the volunteers, and everyone that donated toys for making the 2020 toy drive such a magical experience. Check out the photos below to see some of the scenes from the event.

Mike Lombardi Injury Attorneys hopes that you and your family have an amazing holiday season and wish you all the best for 2021

To keep everyone safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, we offered drive-through contactless service. The staff giving away turkeys were required to wear masks for their protection and the protection of others. Each recipient received a raffle ticket for a chance to win a Hisense HDTV and one lucky family, pictured below, drove away with a new television.

2020 has been a challenging year for all of us. Mike Lombardi Gives Back and St. Mary’s Feast Society wanted to do something special for the community and give them a sense of hope. Founder Mike Lombardi told WPRI News:

During the pandemic, many people across the board are suffering and getting less. I’ve always believed that those are the people that we need to focus on and it feels good to do it.

In addition to the extensive work that Mike Lombardi Gives Back does with local youths, the foundation is dedicated to assisting those in need. Our team was thrilled to provide for 200 families in our Thanksgiving 2020 turkey giveaway. The event was a success and bigger plans are in store for next year. With additional help from our sponsors, our goal is to give away 500 turkeys in 2021.

Mike Lombardi Gives Back would like to thank St. Mary’s Feast Society, all of our event sponsors, and everyone that volunteered at our Thanksgiving 2020 event. By working together, we really did something extraordinary for the community. Check out the photo gallery below to see pictures from this wonderful event.

Mike Lombardi Gives Back is proud to announce our support for Sky’s the Limit. A Rhode Island-based non-profit group, Sky’s the Limit aims to improve the lives of local youths in a multifaceted manner.

While many throughout Rhode Island know the organization for its basketball outreach programs, it does much more than that. Not only does Sky’s the Limit aim to develop local youths athletically, it also provides academic support and encourages community involvement. Mike Lombardi Gives Back is excited to support a fantastic organization that helps create the well-rounded adults of tomorrow.

Having once been a student athlete, Mike Lombardi appreciates the value of sports in the lives of young people, especially teenagers. Athletics can teach valuable lessons of discipline and teamwork, while cultivating friendships and camaraderie.

Sports can help young people develop self esteem and positivity, making valuable contributions to their mental and physical health. Mike is impressed by how Sky’s the Limit helps young people evolve athletically, academically, socially, and civically. Sharing similar values, supporting Sky’s the Limit was a natural fit.

If you’d like to learn more about Sky’s the Limit, please visit the organization’s Facebook page. The group also has some excellent gear that you can buy at SquadLocker, including athletic wear from top brands like Champion, Russell, and Under Armour. How We Help High School Students

How We Help High School Students

Helping high school students is one of the biggest priorities for Mike Lombardi. When Mike was in high school, he faced challenging times that had a profound impact on his life. Through hard work and dedication, he was able to overcome those challenges. He feels honored and obligated to help today’s high school students overcome their challenges. Mike started his charitable efforts through Overcomer.org and has expanded them with Mike Lombardi Gives Back.

Teenagers in high school face so many obstacles. There are some that are malnourished or undernourished. Others have to walk miles to school in freezing temperatures. Some must navigate uprooting changes in their home and personal lives. Mike Lombardi Gives Back is here to help those students overcome their obstacles, so that they can succeed academically and in life.

Mike Lombardi Gives Back assists students through scholarships and by supplying them with the tools they need in order to succeed. In addition to school supplies, backpacks, and winter coats, we also encourage high school students to pursue college, job training, and military service.

Mike Lombardi Gives Back High School Scholarship

For us, giving back isn’t just a material thing. We love hearing and sharing stories from the high school students we meet. We offer them space on the Mike Lombardi Gives Back website to share their struggles and how they overcame them. This is a fantastic way for high school students to celebrate their accomplishments and inspire others to achieve success.

High school is a critical stepping stone that launches teens into the next chapter of their lives. We believe that every student deserves to enter the world with the skills, resources, and confidence needed to define their own personal success. Mike Lombardi Gives Back is honored to help students on their journey.

Join Us in Helping High School Students
